Abergavenny CarnivalThis event is an annual celebration usually taking place on the second Saturday in July. The procession travels through the town and ends up in Bailey Park where a range of entertainment is available. Other linked events take place in the town during the week that follows.
Shire Horse ShowThis well loved annual event takes place in Bailey Park on the last Satuday in July. There is a wide range of trade stands and craft stalls, as well as vintage tractors and engines on display.
Charity Fashion ExtravaganzaHeld at the Angel Hotel in aid of the Richard Hunt Foundation Welsh Warriors Fund, this is an all day event incorporating two fashion shows, and a number of stalls and businesses also exhibit their wares to support this worthy local charity.
